Through My Eyes Series
New Zealand
New Zealand is the country that shaped me into myself now. It’s my first ever country to go solo traveling despite the lack of experiences traveling overseas.
In January 2016, I successfully applied for Working Holiday Visa in New Zealand. A month later, I flew to the country with two backpacks, clueless about the challenges and unknowns ahead. I didn’t where the hell I got the courage to make this decision, but I’m glad I did. Being in New Zealand for 6 months, I learned more than I anticipated.
Sadly I couldn’t extend my visa for a further 3 months as I had to start my university in Malaysia. Stay tuned to learn more about the interesting things I did there!
